Congress Sends Biden Law To Guarantee Full Time Postal Delivery

Following many complaints regarding U.S. Postal Service shutdowns amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Congress has passed legislation that will support the USPS and guarantee a six-day-a-week mail delivery system. USPS officials have warned that they will run out of money by 2024 if Congress doesn’t pass the bill to support their operations. The Senate voted 79-19, and it now goes to President Biden for his signature.
