Constitutional Amendment Election

Several propositions are on the early voting ballot that will change the state’s constitution. However, Rice University Political Science Professor Mark Jones says out of the eight proposition three is the most controversial. That would prohibit the local governments from limiting or banning any religious services. Meanwhile, the other seven propositions deal with eligibility requirements for judges and county infrastructure. Early voting runs through Oct 29 and Election Day is Nov 2.
