Cooper Sentenced To Life Plus 105 Years In 2016 Oklahoma Murder

A Pontotoc jury has convicted 28-year-old Charles Michael Cooper in the 2016 slaying of Cindy Allen. Her body was found in a burned down home in Byng. Cooper was eventually arrested in Montana. He was sentenced to Life without Parole. He received an additional 105 years for arson, sexual assault, and burglary.
