Couple Arrested After High Speed Chase

A woman and another person are in custody after a tri-state chase across 3 counties and a parish. The chase started after a routine traffic stop  in Texarkana, Arkansas, continued into Texarkana, Texas, then back to Arkansas, down to Caddo Parish, Louisiana and then over to East Texas. The couple was finally arrested by Harrison County deputies on Hwy 80.
