Couple Charged in ATV, Trailer Theft

Hopkins County deputies arrested a Fruitvale couple after receiving a report of a stolen ATV and trailer heading south on Hwy 19. The vehicle was located in Rains County and 40 year old Ryan Bennett Rogers was taken into custody for theft.  33 year old Patricia Lynn Rogers was also charged with theft. She was also wanted for not taking care of misdemeanor charges in Kaufman County.
