COVID booster shots are gaining steam. First, it was Pfizer. Now, an FDA advisory panel recommends using a coronavirus vaccine booster shot from Moderna, but can you mix and match? Baylor infectious disease expert Dr. Peter Hotez says there has only been one small study out this week. But he says there are still questions. The study also found that mixing and matching boosters might benefit those who got the Johnson & Johnson shot first.
