Cowboys Star Cited After Dogs Bite Woman

Frisco Police say two dogs belonging to Cowboys star running back Ezekiel Elliott got loose and one, a Rottweiler, attacked two people. Officers gave Elliott three animal-at-large citations, and the dog is now in quarantine for observation. A woman sued Elliott last year after claiming one of his dogs bit her, requiring surgery.
