Crime Stoppers Seeks Help Finding Red River County Fugitive

Red River County deputies and Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help in finding a fugitive.  52-year-old Vincent Wayne McCoin is wanted for an outstanding felony parole warrant. He is 5’10” and weighs 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
