Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins Tags Vape Shops Non-Essential

Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins has stated that vape shops are not considered “essential” under his mandatory shelter-in-place order. Owners object, saying their customers consider their products and services quite essential. The shops remain closed and many of them are trying to ramp up their online presence.
