Sulphur Springs Police stopped to investigate a vehicle illegally parked on Loop 301. A search discovered an open container of alcohol in plain sight. The occupants admitted to having a crack pipe, and officers found bags of cocaine and marijuana. They arrested the couple, who was from Dallas, on drug charges.
