Damage Assessment

DAMAGE ASSESSMENT

As the snow melts, you may find livestock dwellings, property, equipment, fencing, or other essential items damaged. As you assess the damage, please contact my office and let me know what you are seeing. This request will help to secure recovery support for producers. 

Items to be assessed include:

• dwelling

• water well

• animal housing

• feed storage

• equipment/shop

• storage unit

• pasture

• pond/tanks

• lagoon

• greenhouse

• crops

• livestock (poultry, cattle, sheep, goats, swine, exotics, aquaculture, wildlife, hordes)

• hay

• feed

• fuel

• tractor or other equipment (backhoe, planter, tillage/harvest/chemical application equipment, other implements)

• irrigation system or equipment 

Please be prepared to give the name, address, phone, email, estimated cost of loss or damages, and a brief description of the issue(s). I need to have this reported ASAP. 

Please also let me know estimated how much extra feed you have fed to livestock.
