An East Texas man who was wanted for allegedly soliciting realtors is in custody. 39 year old Michael Minnich was taken into custody on a parole violation warrant and is being held without bond in the Smith County jail. Minnich and his wife, Felicia Garland were allegedly contacting area real estate agents, claiming to be cash buyers who needed to close quickly and asked to meet with them at properties. Investigators say the pair was considered dangerous.
