Dashcam Video Withheld In Wolfe City Officer Involved Shooting

Pending an opinion by the Texas Attorney General’s Office, Wolfe City PD’s will not release the bodycam footage of the fatal shooting of Jonathan Price by a Wolfe City Police Officer at this time. The DPS notified requesters of the footage under the Freedom of Information Act that the video is part of the incident’s continuing investigation.
