High Court Doesn’t Rule On Texas Abortion Law

The U.S. Supreme Court did not block the new Texas abortion law Friday but agreed to hear arguments in the case in November. The justices will decide whether the federal government has the right to sue over the law. Since the law went into effect, there has been an 80% reduction in abortions in Texas.
