Daylight Saving Time Bill In Texas Legislature

A North Texas State Representative is proposing legislation that would put the fate of Daylight Saving Time in the hands of voters. Under the proposal by Representative Glenn Rogers of District 60 north of Fort Worth, voters will decide on a preference for observing standard time year-round or daylight saving time year-round. Voters will vote for either option in the November general election.
