Dead Body Found In Upshur County

Upshur County Deputies responded to a report of a dead body at about 3:30 Sunday afternoon in a wooded area off FM 726, just north of Hwy 154. Some people who were in the area for the purpose of recreational riding found the body just off a pipeline right-of-way. The body is only identified as a female. No other identification is being released at this time. The condition of the body indicates that it had not been at the location for more than a few days.
