Deadly Conduct Trial Set For January

A trial date in January has been set for a Lindale man accused of Deadly Conduct. Authorities are accusing 83-year-old Howard Beggs of riding around on an ATV and shooting in the direction of construction workers who were installing a fence as part of the Toll 49 extension. There were no injuries.
