Decorated Soldier From Texas Killed In Action In Afghanistan

The Department of Defense announced today the death of a highly decorated special forces soldier from Texas who was supporting Operation Freedom’s Sentinel in Afghanistan. Reportedly, 40-year-old Sergeant Major James G. Sartor, of Teague, died of injuries sustained from enemy small-arms fire during combat operations. This incident is under investigation.
