Defective Tail Light Leads To Drug Charges

Paris Police stopped a car in the 600blk of Williams for a defective tail light and found that the 34 year old driver, Kenneth Wayne Williams, of Paris, was in possession of methamphetamine along with numerous small baggies that are consistant with the packaging and sale of narcotics. Williams was arrested for  manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance and three misdemeanors.
