Delta County Fugitive Surrenders to Authorities

turned himself in to Delta County  authorities without incident on Saturday morning after evading arrest since Thursday afternoon. He had allegedly assaulted his girlfriend and fled law enforcement. Delta County deputies have not disclosed further information on the .22 rifle Williams fled with. He’s been charged with felony Assault and Evading Detention and is currently in the Delta County Jail.
