Deport Mayor Voices Flooding Concerns

The Paris News is reporting that Deport Mayor John Mark Francis is asking local residents to call TxDOT about repeated, frequent flooding on FM 1149. He says the road needs new culverts to be constructed by TxDOT personnel.
