Deputies Arrest Three From Winnsboro

A Hopkins County Deputy arrested Jordanne Brooke Donica, 20, Paul Ray Chandler, Jr., 21, and Colby Blake Short, 23, all of Winnsboro, for possession of marijuana. The Deputy detected the smell of marijuana after a traffic stop on TX-11, west of Winnsboro at CR 2401. Officers found several bundles of suspected marijuana, all weighing less than five pounds.
