Deputy, Good Samaritan Save Trucker’s Life

Caddo Mills Police From KLTV

They are giving credit to a Caddo Mills police officer and a Good Samaritan with saving a truck driver’s life after his truck crashed off a bridge on I-30 early Thursday morning. The cab was hanging over the guardrail of Caddo Creek and was on fire. The officer and a passerby broke the windshield and pulled the driver to safety.
