The Paris City Council will consider a proposal by two developers at tonight’s meeting that would allow the developers to obtain federal tax credits to build affordable housing in the city. State Street Housing wants to construct a new apartment complex in Paris near the Reno city limit. Brownstone Construction is proposing a seniors only rental property at the corner of Sunrise and 42nd street.
