Disaster Declaration For Red River County

Red River County Commissioners issued a Disaster Declaration for the county and the City of Clarksville at this week’s meeting due to last week’s loss of water service. They needed the declaration to justify funds for the Texas Division of Emergency Management to assist in the problem.
