DOJ Eastern District Of Texas Collected Nearly $43 Million In Criminal And Civil Actions in 2019

U.S. Attorney Joseph Brown announced that the Eastern District of Texas collected nearly $43 million in criminal and civil actions in Fiscal Year 2019. Of this amount, $41.5 million came in criminal and $1,2 million in civil actions.  Additionally, the Eastern District of Texas worked with other U.S. Attorney’s Offices and components of the Department of Justice to collect an additional $3.8 million in cases pursued jointly by these offices.
