Donald McDaniel, MBA Appointed As CFO of Paris Regional Medical Center

Paris Regional Medical Center would like to welcome Donald McDaniel to our leadership team as the
new Chief Financial Officer at PRMC. He has over 19 years of healthcare experience demonstrating
continuous growth, financial results achievement and leadership in the management of complex
healthcare organizations.

Donald has been with Capella Health (now RCCH) since 2009 and has been the interim Chief Financial
Officer at Capital Medical Center in Olympia, Washington and River Park Hospital in McMinnville,
TN. He was also the Chief Financial Officer at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington, MO
for almost seven years. Donald has also been a Chief Financial Officer with LifePoint Health for eight
years at two hospitals, and he worked at HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) as Business Office
Director and Collection Manager.

Donald has an MBA with an emphasis in Health Care Administration from Lynn University and his
Bachelor’s degree is in Health Care Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.
