An East Texas man was put to death in Huntsville last night by lethal injection. 58 year old Barney Fuller, Jr of Lovelady was condemned for murdering 2 of his neighbors 13 years ago. He had asked that no further appeals be filed on his behalf, and refused to speak with his lawyer Wednesday.
