Driver In Fatal Church Bus Crash Will Not Fight Charges

The driver of a pickup that struck a First Baptist Church of New Braunfels minibus killing more than a dozen people will not contest charges against him. At sentencing in November, 21-year-old Jack Dillon Young will face up to 270 years in prison. Young pleaded no contest to 13 counts of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault.
