The man killed in a crash involving a stolen vehicle in Bowie County as been identified as 36 year old Billy Morehead of Texarkana. A female passenger also died in the crash but has not been identified. Investigators say the car had been stolen just before the crash from a liquor store parking lot in Texarkana, Arkansas. Police say the vehicle had been traveling 90-100 mph at the time of the crash.
