Drug Dealers Sentenced In Upshur County

Two area methamphetamine traffickers have pleaded guilty in Upshur County to possessing large quantities of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. They sentenced 53-year-old Patrick O’Brian Foster to 30 years and 60-year-old Lee James Taylor II to 40 years in prison.
