Early voting for the Nov. 8 General Election begins at 8:00 am Monday. It ends at 5:00 pm Nov. 5. At the national level, voters will choose between Incumbent Pat Fallon, Oro Omere, and Libertarian John Simmons for Congress. Statewide are races for Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General, Ag Commissioner, and Railroad Commissioner, as well as some judicial and Board of Education seats. The Sulphur Springs ISD is holding an $81.5 million bond issue election. Paris voters will decide on 24 amendments to the Paris City Charter. They declared All the Republican candidates for local races winners because they had no Democratic opponents.
In Hopkins County, voting is at the First Baptist Church ROC center.
In Lamar County, voting will be at Lamar County Services Building, 231 Lamar Ave.
