East Texas Check Fraud Targets Grocery Stores

East Texas authorities are continuing to investigate check fraud at area grocery stores. The couple have cashed more than 50 fraudulent checks at various Brookshire’s locations across the area. The couple has stolen more than $10,000 during the crime spree.
