East Texas Congressman Sues Vice President To Keep President Trump In Office.

Congressman Louie Gohmert, formerly of Mt Pleasant, an attorney, and former state district judge, filed a lawsuit in Tyler against Vice President Mike Pence to stop the electoral college vote count. The suit cites the 1887 federal law called the Electoral Count Act. The 28-page lawsuit details each state where Gohmert alleges election fraud. It says Pence should have electors from Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin cast their electoral college votes for President Trump instead of Joe Biden.
