East Texas Couple Charged With Arson

After a lengthy investigation into fires in the Cherokee Shores area, Henderson County Fire Marshal arrested two people. Tommy Lee Turner, 30, and 25-year-old Haley Lynn Skaggs, both of Mabank, were taken into custody on warrants for Arson of a Habitation. Both are also suspects in several burglary and theft of copper cases.
