East Texas Deputy Killed

An East Texas deputy was killed after being hit by two vehicles Friday morning on U.S. 259. Reportedly 49-year-old Nacogdoches County Deputy Raymond Bradley Jimmerson had responded to a debris call, and while working on the road, he was hit by the two vehicles. Both vehicles stopped to assist the deputy but he was later pronounced dead at the scene.
