East Texas ER Doctor Charged With Continuous Abuse

Cherokee County Deputies arrested an East Texas physician for alleged child sexual assault. Dr. Karl Kauffman serves as an ER physician at several area hospitals. Investigators say an ongoing investigation and a search of his home led to two warrants for continuous sexual abuse of a child.
