A wanted East Texas fugitive has been arrested following a foot chase. Authorities say Henderson County Deputy was attempting to make a traffic stop on 33-year-old Jeremy Meeks, who ran into a wooded area. He was arrested a short time later and found in possession of methamphetamine. He was charged with felony manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence and evading arrest. He also faces charges for outstanding unrelated warrants.
