East Texas Fugitive Captured In Titus County

Hughes Springs Police notified Titus County Deputies that a wanted fugitive was believed to be at the Budget Inn on West 16^th Street in Mt Pleasant. Officers went to the location and found 31-year-old Ricky Joe Griffen, who they arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and a Cass County warrant for Violation of his Parole. A 33-year-old man at the scene was arrested on a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia charge.
