Upshur County Jail
An East Texas man has pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm by a habitual offender. A court sentenced 36-year-old Randy Lee Rodenberg, of Gilmer, to 25 years in prison. He was arrested several months ago after Upshur County Deputies found him growing marijuana at his residence. They also found two rifles and 13 boxes of .22 caliber cartridges. Rodenberg entered his plea just before a jury selection.
