East Texas Inmate Faces New Charges

A Gladewater man has been charged with criminal mischief causing between $750 and $2500 in damage to the Gregg County jail. 26 year old Justin Keith Webb allegedly ripped a fire alarm signal off the wall to make a tattoo gun so he could trade tattoos to inmates in exchange for commissary items. Webb admitted to tearing the device off the wall after the grate was knocked off during an inmate basketball game.
