East Texas Inmate’s Death Under Investigation

A third party has been brought in to investigate the death of an East Texas county jail inmate. After becoming ill Sunday night in the Angelina County Jail, 44-year-old Janet Hartman died at a Lufkin hospital. Hartman’s body was sent for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
