Legislations For Texas To Shoot Down Spy Aircraft

An East Texas State Representative has introduced a resolution allowing the state military to shoot down spy aircraft flying over Texas. State representative Cody Harris of Palestine says the bill means if the Chinese send another spy balloon and they send it over Texas, the governor has the authority he needs to shoot it down with a Texas plane.
