East Texas Man Assaults Wheelchair Bound Wife

An East Texas man has been arrested for allegedly injuring his wheelchair-bound wife after accusing her of taking his electronic tablet. Investigators say 50 year old James Michael Cook of Lufkin tried spinning his wife out of her chair at a K-Mart parking lot, and when that failed, threw her from her chair. She suffered injuries to her wrists, a knee and her back.
