East Texas Man Charged With Assaulting Officer

A Gregg County grand jury has indicted an East Texas man for Assault on a Public Servant and Criminal Mischief of more than $2500 but less than $30,000. Reportedly, 25-year-old Nathaniel Giovanni Tang, of Lindale, remains behind bars under $75,000 bond.
