East Texas Man Charged With Capital Murder In Death Of Infant
The Smith County grand jury has indicted an East Texas man for the murder of his four-month-old daughter. Authorities are accusing 19-year-old Andres Ibarra of punching and throwing the child and he has been charged with Capital Murder.
