Gregg County Jail
An East Texas man is being held in the Gregg County jail on $2 million bond in connection with the deaths of a Longview couple. 21 year old Christopher Marvin Bell the Second is charged with 2 counts of capital murder for the fatal shootings of 41 year old Freddie Allison and 38 year old Deandra Allison. The three were apparently involved in a child visitation dispute. After the shootings, Bell called police and surrendered to authorities.
