East Texas Man Charged With Indecent Exposure

An East Texas man has been arrested for allegedly following and exposing himself to women at Town Crossing Mall.  23 year old Jesus Martinez-Nieto of Longview was charged with indecent exposure.  He was released from the Gregg County jail after posting $1000 bond.
