East Texas Man Dies In Harrison County Crash

An East Texas man was killed early Tuesday morning in a Harrison County crash. State Troopers report that 42-year-old Kelvin Dewayne Perkins, of Marshall, was driving on the wrong side of the highway when he collided head-on with an 18-wheeler. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the 18-wheeler, a Canadian man, was treated and released.
