East Texas Man Electrocuted

Rescue crews responded Thursday afternoon after a man was electrocuted in Winona. Authorities say the man was trying to cut a power line with a bolt cutter. The Smith County Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the incident. The man’s name has not been released.
